Directions
DIRECTIONS:
Mix one serving (2 scoops) with 200ml of water and take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. A second serving can be taken 6-8hours between meals or before exercise. DO NOT EXCEED 2 FULL SERVINGS PER DAY. Contains 200mg of caffeine per serving so do not take close to bed-time.
