Purchase your 16week #SheLifts subscription billable at £299 per month for 4 months or a one-off payment of £999 (saving approx £200)

After your consultation call I will go and craft your customised #SheLifts Diet, Workout & Supplementation plan which you'll receive via email.

Upon purchasing you will receive an email with a link to my booking portal where you will book your 60min online video/ call consultation with me.

You will also get login details for my #SheLifts app which comes with video exercise demos, software to track your diet and share your progress status instantly with me.

You will get your consultation call from me on your selected day and time where we will go through where you are at the moment, your goal and so forth.

We will communicate via scheduled check-in call sessions throughout the journey. I will walk you through each week and each phase of the plan to keep you on track the whole way through.

You will get a tailored, multi-phase diet plan designed to not only get you into the best shape of your life but help you maintain your results for the long term.
The diet is broken into
